USA Rescue Team puts out urgent plea for temporary fosters

Hidden in the overwhelming amount of COVID-19 news is a story that is becoming increasingly urgent. According to Tara Parker of USA Rescue Team, local shelters and rescues are in great need for temporary volunteer fosters, and unless they get them, they may have to stop taking in animals.
With owner surrenders increasing and pet adoption events begin cancelled due to circumstances created by the pandemic, organizations are close to bursting at the seams and are reaching out for help.
You can assist by becoming a temporary foster. You provide food, travel to the veterinarian’s office if necessary, and love. All other expenses are taken care of.
